Note: To receive real-time notifications on your mobile device, install or update the Solink app for Android or iOS to run the latest version.
1. Head to the settings area.
The settings area can be found by clicking on your user name in the top right corner of the app.
2. Go to the Reports tab.
Notifications for both digest emails and real-time alerts are set up and managed from the Reports tab.
3. Set up notifications in the Report Settings area
Now you will see a large chart with your reports to choose from. Check the box for Real-time Push notifications to get alerts while in the application.
Note: If a report will generate more than 1000 notifications per day you can't enable real-time notifications.
4. View your notifications
Find your notification inbox in the top right corner of the application beside your username.
