Navigation and performance improvements
Last year forced you to find creative solutions to challenging new problems and we wanted to ensure one of those challenges wasn’t finding your way around Solink. We introduced shortcuts to view all cameras associated with an event and open up to 16 cameras for live video viewing. We even went under the hood and reduced the time to load Solink's event player in the web app by over 90%. These handy features are aimed to get you out from behind a desk and back serving your customers as quickly as possible.
Achieve greater visibility in all aspects of your business
When it comes time to take a deeper look at your business, Solink’s dashboard can now rank your employees or locations across important metrics like speed of service, refunds, or discounts. We give you the tools to go from a high level overview right down to the underlying transactions that hide beneath concerning anomalies in a matter of seconds. We supercharged your cameras by adding person or vehicle detection to the motion search tool to help you pinpoint important moments of video. Whether you’re doing contact tracing for a local health unit or tracking down a third party delivery driver in the parking lot, motion search has the power to help overcome today’s realities.
Better protect your business with Solink’s video alarms
With no new equipment or technical expertise required, you can use your existing cameras to alert you of motion activity across all of your locations where Solink is installed.
