We are excited to announce the ability to create Motion Alerts directly in Solink's web application. Motion Alerts allow you to protect your business around the clock by generating an event whenever motion is detected on a camera and have these events pushed to you as a notification no matter where you are. This powerful feature can be used in critical areas of your business like the office, inventory storage, or emergency exits. 

New in this release, you can create or modify the camera region that will trigger an alert when activity is detected. When viewing video, select the 'More' menu in the top right where you will find Motion Alerts. This will bring up a grid where you can specify the exact region you want to monitor for motion activity. Note: This is only available for Admin users. 

Simply draw on the screen to indicate the area to monitor or modify an existing area using the highlight/erase buttons. Try it today with our interactive tour or read this handy How To Guide and let us know what you think.

To support the ongoing roll out Solink's new Dashboards we have brought this powerful capability to the iOS app. 

If you have  not received access to Dashboards yet, stay tuned for your personal announcement in the coming weeks. If you are interested in jumping the queue be sure to reach out and ask for advanced access.

The Events page has been updated to automatically load newer events when you get to the top of the list. The date time indicator along the right side of the events list gives you an easy way to know where you are.

You can also check for newer events when you are viewing today's date. Brand new events will appear with a blurred overlay as we finish processing the images.
