Assign locations to user

If you have multiple locations but want a user to only see one or some of those locations - you can change their access at Solinkcloud.com

When you have many locations, not all users should be able to see all locations. If a member of your team is in management for one location, you can set their access to see just that specific location. Here's how!

Additionally, missing locations can sometimes be due to the deployment status of the new location, which is unrelated to user permissions.

Sign in to solinkcloud.com - you will have to be on the browser for user management. You will also have to be an admin user in order to make these changes.

Head over to the settings tab and then the users section.

To the right of each user there is a pencil >> click on the pencil to edit the user's permissions.

On the user edit page, you can assign the user to all stores by clicking assign all or you can assign specific locations to the user using the checkboxes to the right of the locations and then click assign filtered. If a user still cannot see a location, they should try logging out and back into their Solink account to resolve potential synchronization issues. Additionally, searching for a store using specific terms, such as including a hash symbol before the store number (e.g., "#397"), can help locate the correct store. If the issue persists, confirm with your organization or Solink support whether the store has completed deployment and activation. Stores still in QA or onboarding will not appear in the account until the process is complete.
