When you have many locations, not all users should be able to see all locations. If a member of your team is management for one location - you can set their access to see just that specific location. Here's how!

Sign into solinkcloud.com - you will have to be on the browser for user management. You will also have to be an admin user in order to make these changes. 

Head over to the settings tab and then the users section.

To the right of each user there is a pencil >> click on the pencil to edit the user's permissions.

On the user edit page, you can assign the user to all stores by clicking assign all or you can assign specific stores to the user using the checkboxes to the right of the locations and then click assign filtered.
