Click on the vertical three dots to create a save when you are in a transaction footage, or watching regular footage:

Click the option “Save & Share”

A window will open with all the tools to create a saved clip.

Features:

1 & 2 - the green bar shows what footage is included in the saved clip. You can click both ends of the green bar to drag the ends of the box, changing the start and end times of the video.

3 - The “Best Quality” button will toggle SD and HD footage.

4 - The scale can let you change the timeline view from 1 hour to 24 hours.

Give the saved video a name, make sure that the clip is for what footage you want save (the green box), and then click save at the bottom right of the screen.

To get a saved clip, go to the events page and choose the option “Save and Shared”.

Find the clip that you are looking for - if the little cloud has a checkmark on it the save is complete and you are now able to download the clip.

Click on the cloud with a checkmark on it.

From this window, click on the download button on the thumbnail of the video.

This will automatically open a download progress bar at the bottom of your browser. To find the clip after it has been downloaded, click on the drop down menu beside the download and choose Show in Finder

This will open up a Finder window with all your downloads - the new download should be near the top (depending on how your folder is organized). From here you can drag onto a USB or a CD.
